Stern MBA students have three areas of advising resources available to them:

  1. Program Advisors - Academic Affairs (program policies, procedure, registration, degree completion)
  2. Academic Advisors - Department Faculty Members (course content, course-career matching)
  3. Career Counselors - OCD & CCWP (career guidance)

1. Program Advising- MBA Academic Affairs

MBA Program Advisors assist students in understanding their MBA program requirements, related academic policies, procedures, specializations, registration and options available in all of these areas.  They provide guidance to the student in navigating their academic program and recommend degree requirments completion action plans.

2. Academic Advisors - Department Faculty Members

For course content or subject matter guidance and for courses that would best supplement career goals, full-time and part-time students should consult the academic advisors. These advisors are members of the department faculty and have been named by the academic department to assist students in course selection to enhance educational and career goals.

3. Career Counselors - OCD & CCWP

Students may consult the relevant career services office to discuss career issues, goals, objectives and to seek career guidance.
