About Norooz Productions
Norooz Productions is an entertainment production company that creates and distributes premium quality entertainment that uses non-European cultures as the backdrop for content. The objective is to help such families teach their children about their own customs and to teach American children about cultures to which they are not normally exposed. The company’s first product, an animated movie called “Babak and Friends – A First Norooz,” is a heartwarming story about a young Iranian-American boy who comes to appreciate his Persian heritage during the holiday of Norooz (the Persian New Year). Storybooks, soundtracks, puzzles, games and another movie are currently being developed and launched to further develop the Babak and Friends brand. In addition to the Iranian culture, Norooz Productions is currently in pre-production of an animation film that will celebrate the Korean culture and anchor a new division and brand within the company. The launch of “Babak and Friends – A First Norooz” was extremely successful with both Iranian and American audiences. To date, the movie has been selected by several film festivals which will feature the movie as an official selection in the coming months, including KID’S FIRST, the largest children’s film festival in the world that will travel 50 cities and entertain over 250,000 people in the summer of 2005.

About MET Tech
MET Tech Inc. has developed a product line of inertial sensors based on a novel Molecular Electronic Technology (MET). These sensors include linear and angular accelerometers as well as gyroscopes. MET sensors do not contain any precision mechanical parts, solid inertial masses or springs, and are relatively simple to manufacture. They demonstrated very high sensitivity while being small in size and requiring little power. The sensors could be used in a broad range of applications across many markets including systems used for oil, gas and coal exploration, advanced guidance and navigation, automobiles navigation and safety, cell phones, lap-top computers, white goods and consumer electronics.
