Stern International

photoAt Stern, we've long recognized the importance of understanding - and competing - in a global market. That's why we offer one of the most internationally oriented business education programs in the world.

Faculty members, who come from all over the world, have a wealth of international experience. In addition to their teaching and research, faculty members regularly consult for foreign and multinational corporations. They bring this international experience to every class they teach.

We attract - and actively encourage - a large international student body. In fact, about one third of our students come from outside the United States. These students bring an international perspective to the classroom.

Stern also benefits from its location in one of the world's most international cities. New York City is home to thousands of international firms and peoples. It is truly a city where students can experience the world's diverse business practices and cul tures.

Through various research centers, we examine many international topics, including global financial institutions and markets, comparisons of U.S. and Japanese business and economic systems and more.

To provide even more educational opportunities in international business, we offer an array of programs, services and activities.
