PhD Students As a PhD student you must submit a course selection form to the Doctoral Program office for approval (signature of authorization is needed) prior to registering. Registration for Fall 2013 begins anytime after July 1 and is ongoing until the last day of the registration period. Registration is done in-person at the Office of Records & Registration. IMPORTANT NOTE: For full-time equivelancy, please see the Doctoral Program office.

• Complete the Tuition & Fees Worksheet & Submit Payment (Due at the Time of Registration)
