The Toigo MBA Fellowship provides minority MBA candidates committed to careers in finance with an unmatched network of contacts, a prestigious point of difference in the eyes of employers, one-on-one career guidance, leadership training, a merit award—and more. To be considered for a Toigo MBA Fellowship, you must be:
- A U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
- An ethic minority as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor
- Applying to or accepted into an accredited U.S.-based two-year MBA program (including JD/MBA, Master's in Real Estate, Master's in Finance)
- Committed to a career in finance

The NSHMBA Night of Achievements event is an evening where local NSHMBA members, Citi employees and guests gather to recognize the accomplishments of graduating MBA students from Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, NYU Stern Business School and other local programs. JumpStart Advisory Group Diversity Forum and Scholarship
The JumpStart Advisory Group will conduct the JumpStart MBA Diversity Forum for Financial Services and Consulting and the JumpStart MBA Brand Management and Marketing Diversity Forums. Over 1,500 incoming MBA students have participated in these diversity forums since 2004 and attribute their summer internship and full-time employment success to the learning and networking environment created by the forums.

Additionally, they have launched the JumpStart Award for Excellence Scholarship (a $2,000 merit-based award) for incoming MBAs. International students are also encouraged to apply.

2014 Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) MBA Diversity Fellowship ProgramThe Bank of America Merrill Lynch MBA Diversity Fellowship Program will award merit-based fellowships to women, Blacks/African Americans, LGBT, Hispanics/Latinos, Alaskan Native/American Indian, military veterans, and students with disabilities entering business school in Fall 2014.Program Details:
• The Fellowship will cover $40,000 of total tuition and fees for the first year of the recipient’s MBA program.
• Bank of America Merrill Lynch will provide a paid summer internship (between the first and second year of the MBA program) within the Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) groups: Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Research, or Public Finance.
• Upon successful completion of the GBAM Summer Associate Program and acceptance of a full-time offer for 2016, the Fellowship will cover $40,000 of total tuition and fees for the second year of the recipient’s MBA program.
• Please note: Fellowship amount may be adjusted for students receiving funding from alternate sources.

The program will include an overview of the firm’s history and culture, career workshops and networking opportunities with Goldman Sachs professionals.
If you would like to apply to attend, please visit the events portal and select ‘Workshop’ under Event Type to submit an application for the ‘Goldman Sachs 2014 MBA Camp’. Selected participants will be notified by Monday, April 14. Please note Goldman Sachs will provide travel and hotel accommodations.
Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program Summer 2014
DCIP is a summer program designed for newly admitted MBAs. The goal is to expose a diverse group of students to the field of consulting, allowing them to explore unique leadership opportunities at Deloitte before they enter business school in the fall. The DCIP Summit is a three day conference held at Deloitte University June 13-15, 2014. Deloitte University is designed to nurture, inspire and grow leaders to take on the challenges of an increasingly complex world. This conference will include an introduction to consulting, case simulations, interactive workshops, interview prep and various networking events.
