All rooms reserved for MBA students are single studios. Each room in Palladium comes equipped with the following amenities:

• Furnishings - Rooms are fully furnished with an extra long twin bed (80 inches), desk, desk chair and dresser (or wardrobe and dresser unit) for each resident
• Central Air System - Individual room thermostats for each resident to regulate room's temperature
• Private Bathrooms - Bathroom comes equipped with a standing shower in each suite
• Kitchen - Efficiency kitchen is provided with appliances including two cooking burners, microwave oven, sink and refrigerator

Summer Housing

Fertitta Program students only are eligible for housing in Palladium during the upcoming summer term. All Fertitta Program students who live in Palladium during the summer are required to remain in Palladium for the full academic year. To apply for summer housing in Palladium, please email admits@stern.nyu.edu for application instructions. Regular academic year housing requires a separate housing application noted below.

Fall & Spring Housing

The NYU Stern Housing Application can be found here. Please note that you will need your University ID number, provided in your acceptance letter.

The 2018/2019 Palladium housing rates will be available in the Spring. Please note that renters are obliged to remain in Palladium for the full academic year. Housing payments are made in two installments, the first due with your fall tuition payment and the second due with your spring tuition payment. You may renew for the summer and/or the second academic year of your MBA program.

If you are granted a space in Palladium, you will receive your Palladium room assignment in August, with specific move-in instructions. Incoming Full-time MBA students will be permitted to move into their rooms before LAUNCH. Residents are expected to provide their own bed linens (extra long twin size; 80 inches), blanket, pillow, towels, television, cable connectors, stereo, phone, lamp, clock, kitchen supplies and other personal items.
