Gary Dushnitsky receives the
2002- 2003 Gloria Appel Fellowship

Endowed by the Louis and Harold Price Foundation, Inc., this award is given annually to one or two Ph.D. candidates in the field of entrepreneurship. The award provides support for the Stern's School's most talented doctoral students who plan to focus their careers on entrepreneurship teaching and research.

This year's recipient is Gary Dushnitsky whose research focuses on the venture capital industry. Gary presented "Corporate Venture Capital and Incumbent Firm Innovation Rates"at the Academy of Management Conference, August 2002, Denver, Colorado, and "Corporate Venture Capital: Innovation and Governance" at the Consortium on Competitiveness and Cooperation (CCC), April 2002, Boston University.

Gary is a fourth year doctoral candidate.
