Getting Started

First time contacting the Berkley Center for assistance? A Sounding Board session with our Startup Advisors will give you a chance to tell us about your idea, share your vision and explain where you are in the startup process. Based on the information you provide, our team will begin working with you to develop a strategy, action items and next steps for getting your concept or venture to the next level.

To get started, complete the following steps:

  1. Create an account at the NYUStartupHub
  2. Complete the Starting Block: Building a Case for Your Idea and tell us about your vision, the product/service, the market opportunity, etc. The more you're able to tell us about your idea or venture, the better we'll be able to help you. So, take your time completing this section. If you can't answer some sections, no worries. Do the best you can.
  3. Click "Meet with an NYU Advisor" button.
  4. Schedule a Sounding Board meeting when prompted.
