Cross Registration for Stern Students Fall 2012

The NYU Law School encourages NYU Stern students to register for certain law courses on a preferential basis. In these "preferential" courses, a limited number of seats will be reserved for Stern students.

To register for any of the following pre-approved courses, please fill out the online form through our Other NYU Division Courses site.  You do not need to include a course description or syllabus if the class is pre-approved.  MBA Academic Affairs will review, process and forward the form to the Registrar for enrollment.  All students registering for courses at the School of Law that are not listed as preferential must fill out the following form and take it to the School of Law and MBA Academic Affairs for faculty and administrative signatures.

Approximately 5 seats are reserved for Stern students taking a course at the Law School. You pay the tuition for these courses through Stern according to the Stern credit load they carry. Please note that Law School classes will appear on your transcript with the Stern credit load they carry.

The Stern Academic Calendar differs from the Law School calendar.
