MBA Students Take 2017 "Doing Business in… Germany" Course

In May, a group of MBA students traveled to Berlin for NYU Stern’s “Doing Business in… Germany” course. Highlights of the trip included corporate visits to Porsche and Mister Spex, a company talk with Casper, as well as daily lectures on the German economic system and its role in the European Union.

“A global perspective is critical to a business education,” said MBA student Zach Silber. “For me, I am personally interested in energy and infrastructure development, which made my experience in Germany particularly relevant to my career. I was able to learn firsthand about the key factors that are contributing to Germany's energy transition as well as its challenges.”
