Q. If I lose my name card, can I still attend Stern’s Graduate Convocation or Undergraduate Baccalaureate?

Undergraduate students must detach the name card attached to their ticket and bring it with them to Radio City Music Hall in order to have their name called on stage during Baccalaureate. A limited number of extra name cards will be available at Radio City Music Hall on the day of the ceremony.

Q. What is the best way to print my name on the name card?

Please indicate the proper phonetic pronunciation of your name using black ink in large, easy-to-read letters. Print your name neatly and clearly, and please provide your name and address.

Helpful Hint: To help guide the announcer in pronouncing your name correctly, please remember to write out your name phonetically (in letters that represent how your name actually sounds). For example, Kasia Pasanowic would be written as KA-SHA PASS-A-NO-VICH.

Q. I forgot to order my attire online. What do I do?

If you miss the April 18 deadline, you must place and pick up a late order beginning Thursday, May 15, during regular distribution hours. Go to the Barrie Dance Studio, on the first floor of Coles, where a representative of Herff Jones, Inc., will be available to take and fill your late order in one transaction. All late orders must be paid by certified check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or cash. The latter will speed up your transaction.
