How do I change my calendar view?

To open the calendar view, click the Calendar tab. The Work Week view is the default and is displayed when the calendar is opened the first time.
The calendar views are:

•  displays one day's activities.

•  displays Monday through Friday activities.

•  displays seven days of activities.

•  displays a month's activities.

•  displays each calendar in a separate column.

To change your default calendar view:

1. Click the Preferences tab.

2. Click the Calendar tab. The Calendar tab appears, as shown below.

3. Choose an option from the Default view menu.

4. Click .
You can also change your calendar view for a single session. To change your calendar view for the current session:

1. Click a view button on the toolbar.

How do I change the calendar to start on a day of the week other than Sunday?
The calendar week begins on Sunday by default. To change the day of the week:

1. Click the Preferences tab.

2. Click the Calendar tab. The Calendar tab appears, as shown below.

3. Choose a day from the Start week on menu.

4. Click .

How do I view multiple calendars at the same time?

All of your calendars, including shared calendars, are visible in your Calendar list. Each calendar has a check box to the left of its name.
To view multiple calendars at the same time:

1. Check the boxes for the calendars you want to view at the same time.
The appointments on each checked calendar are displayed, as shown below. Notice that appointments are displayed in colors specific to the calendars on which they are scheduled. For example, all appointments from the Personal calendar are in gray.
