1. If I was using my calendar on the old system, will those be migrated into the new Connect@Stern calendar?

   Only your personal calendar will be migrated over.

2. What if I had multiple calendars? Will all the calendars be migrated to the new system?

   If you had multiple web calendars and require them migrated over, please contact the Stern Help Desk and submit a request.

3. Can I subscribe and share calendars?
   Yes, internally you can share your connect@stern calendars with other Stern members on the same system.

4. Can I delegate my calendar to others to manage?
   Yes, you can setup READ/WRITE priveleges for other people and give them access to modify your calendar.

5. How many calendars can I have?
   Technically unlimited, but please keep things within reason and judgement.

6. [For Meeting Maker Users] When will my calendar information from Meeting Maker be moved over to connect@stern calendar?
   When all email migrations are completed we will begin migration of Meeting Maker users. Estimatation, second week of September. Until then please continue to use Meeting Maker.

7. How can I setup my Microsoft Outlook to work with the Connect@Stern calendar?

   For those who need more assistance, during the month of August and September we will be performing mass client email migration. After September we will begin scheduling installation for those that request the Microsoft Outlook connector with Connect@Stern.

   Please create a helpdesk ticket and let us know that you want the Outlook connector so we can schedule an installation.
