Mail Archiving
In order to store and organize your mail in archive folders, you must
have access to your own PC with some available hard drive space in which
to store your messages. You may only archive your mail locally through
an email software installed on your PC, such as Thunderbird
or Outlook, not through webmail.
First configure your email program to use IMAP protocol. With IMAP
you can move mail from folders other than the inbox and you can move
mail back up to server. IT provides IMAP configuration how-to-guides
for Mozilla Thunderbird and Microsoft
Outlook.
