The HelpDesk is our frontline for IT and they can offer the most assistance by proactively and effectively addressing your concerns. Located in our new offices, our HelpDesk staff can be found in Shimkin UC 120. They can also be reached at 212-998-0180 or HelpDesk@stern.nyu.edu. Students, faculty and staff may also enter their own helpdesk tickets using our on-line Helpdesk.

Relationship Manager

An integral member of the IT Team is our Student Relationship Manager, Brenda Mitchell. Brenda works closely with students to act as a liaison between the IT Team and the student body. Brenda assists in escalating student ideas and proposals to the appropriate Stern administrators. Brenda can be reached in her office, UC 122 or by phone, 212-998-0391 or email, bmitchel@stern.nyu.edu.

We also have walk-in hours for your convenience if you would prefer to seek the solutions for your problem in-person.
