Partnering with the NYU CREATE Lab, ESchool4Girls is a two-week summer intensive program to help empower young women to become confident leaders and entrepreneurs. MBA students Ruijing Kee, Stephanie Noyes and Rachel Vergara created a strategic plan to help enhance the organization’s fundraising opportunities, marketing efforts and financial planning tools. Working with senior leadership, the team developed a new budget and grant tracking system, a redesigned logo and a social media strategy and campaign.
“MBAs bring a new perspective to the non-profit world,” Stephanie reflected. “My team was able to look at the broader ecosystem of support services available to women in high school and see where ESchool4Girls could leverage its unique offerings through social media marketing.”
