Partnering with the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Tech Kids Unlimited prepares youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as other learning or emotional challenges, to be the tech leaders of tomorrow. MBA students Niket Aggarwal, Margaret Choo, Brian Deutsch, Nelson Eng and Adam Green helped the organization identify possible partnerships with local schools, developed new course packaging to promote repeat enrollment, created an analytics dashboard to visualize key trends and implemented communication processes to better engage with – and respond to – students, staff, parents and volunteers.

“Experiential courses, like Strategy with a Social Purpose, immerse students in the dynamic nature of organizations and the rapid rate of change that characterizes the business world,” Niket noted. “The exposure to the unique challenges facing non-profits – and the opportunity to impact strategic decisions – was an invaluable part of my MBA experience.”
