- Stern partners with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a 9-12 month program that helps young professionals apply successfully to leading graduate business schools.
- Stern participates in the annual conferences of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

NYU Stern MBA Admissions partners with the student-run Association of Hispanic & Black Business Students (AHBBS) to host several events throughout the year:- Hosted each summer, A Night with NYU Stern offers the opportunity to participate in an admissions workshop and hear from a panel of current Stern students. This year's event was attended by over 100 prospective students.
- Discover Stern Fall Diversity Weekend takes place annually in concert with the Annual AHBBS Conference in October. This invitation-only event offers the opportunity to meet Stern students, alumni, and administrators; receive valuable tips for preparing a competitive application, and attend the AHBBS Conference.
- MBA Admissions invites select applicants to the MBA program to participate in Stern Perspectives Diversity Interview Day, a unique opportunity to complete your Stern admissions interview, attend a Stern class and engage with Stern students and alumni.
