Anthony Marciano
Anthony Marciano joined NYU Stern as a Clinical Professor of Finance in August 2007. Professor Marciano teaches corporate finance.  Prior to joining NYU Stern, Professor Marciano taught courses on advanced corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at MIT Sloan School of Management. From 1994-2006, he was a Clinical Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business teaching MBA and Executive MBA courses. Professor Marciano has been named to BusinessWeek's list of outstanding faculty. Earlier, he worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Drexel Burnham Lambert.  He earned his BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Glenn A. Okun
Glenn A. Okun is a Clinical Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at NYU Stern, where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and investment management. He advises corporations on financial and investment matters. Professor Okun was President of Mitchum, Jones & Templeton, a merchant bank and broker dealer headquartered in San Francisco, California from 1998 to 2001. He previously served as a Director of Allen & Company Incorporated in New York. Professor Okun invested in early and later stage financings of private companies in various industries. He also ran a small capitalization emerging growth stock hedge fund and a special situations portfolio. Professor Okun has advised corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and has underwritten public offerings and private placements of securities. He holds JD and MBA degrees from Harvard University and a BA degree from Wesleyan University.

Sonia  Marciano
Sonia Marciano joined NYU Stern as a Clinical Associate Professor of Management and Organizations in July 2007. Prior to joining NYU Stern, Professor Marciano taught Strategy at Columbia Business School and was an Institute Fellow and Senior Lecturer at Harvard University's Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. In Chicago, Professor Marciano also was a Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management for eight years, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at the University of Chicago. Professor Marciano has worked in the consulting, banking and insurance industries, and has taught executive education courses for Ernst & Young and Abbott Laboratories, among others.  Professor Marciano received her BA with honors, her MBA and her Ph.D. in Business Economics and Industrial Organization, all from the University of Chicago.
