Page 58: in the displayed equation for the normal-based confidence interval for a binomial proportion on line 8 (for daily water consumption), the multiplier 1.96 is missing (the interval as calculated is correct).

Page 73: in Table 4.1, the game under Goals against with 6 goals against should be listed as 7 goals against.

Page 281: the formulas used when determining the confidence intervals were incorrect, resulting in the calculated intervals being slightly off (the formulas given on page 279 are correct, however). The actual intervals are (.489, .922) for the change in sensitivity and (.242, .817) for the change in specificity.
Page 396: the equation describing the log-log link function (fifth line from the bottom of the page) should be β₀ + β₁ x = -log{-log[ p(x)]}.
Page 422, exercise 18(b): the goodness-of-link test referred to is discussed in exercise 16, not exercise 17.
Page 466: the page numbers for the paper by Englin et al. are 341-359.
Page 469: the correct page numbers for the paper by Hausman and McFadden are 1219-1240.
