Nathan Witkin is research scientist at NYU Stern’s Tech and Society Lab exploring how transformative technologies, such as social media and generative AI, are reshaping adolescent well-being and public life in the Anglophone world. He is the author of the Substack Arachne, which has been cited in the New York Times, the Financial Times, and Vox, and previously taught 2nd and 3rd grade at the Alpha School. He received his master’s in philosophy at Tufts University in 2024.
