##  About Anshu Shah:

Anshu Shah joined the Management and Organizations Ph.D. program at NYU Stern in 2025. His research investigates behavioral/applied ethics, power &amp; status, and justice/fairness within organizations. Before joining NYU, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, with concentrations in Managing People &amp; Organizations and Entrepreneurship. He also completed minors in Data Science and Media &amp; Journalism, along with a Business Communications Certificate.
