##  About Peter Marshall:

Peter Marshall joined the Management &amp; Organizations PhD program in 2025. He is interested in creativity, innovation, and collaboration, with a particular focus on the music industry.

Before joining Stern, he worked as a songwriter and music producer, earning a Grammy nomination for his contributions to "DATA" by Tainy. He also earned a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
