# Accountability in a Sustainable World Conference: Hidden Figures: The State of Human Capital Disclosures for Sustainable Jobs

He presents findings on the conceptual framework that defines a sustainable job to determine which job metrics are missing or need revision; demonstrates reporting gaps based on this analysis of missing metrics, and derails case studies on the financial cost of ignoring employment quality, such as turnover.
