In May 2026, Fubon and the World Economic Forum convened CEOs, policy makers and academics for two half-day roundtables, debating and discussing how generative AI and agentic systems generate new forms of systemic risk, and the definition and future of data sovereignty.

On April 7, Manuela Velosa, former head of JP Morgan AI Research spoke to Fubon's Foster Provost about "AI at the Helm: Navigating Business, Strategy and Human Choice" in an event cohosted with NYU Catholic Center.

On March 3, the Fubon Center and NYU Law GPIFF hosted a roundtable on the Trump sovereign wealth fund and the future of US industrial policy.

On March 6, 2026, Fubon's annual Fintech Conference brought together experts in current topics in fintech, including stablecoins, prediction markets, tokenization, and current AI and fintech policy responses.
