She has 20 years of experience, working on due diligence, sell- and buy-side support, merger integration, synergy analysis, divestitures, joint ventures, and asset optimization, with deep expertise across physician practices, health systems and AMCs, ambulatory surgery centers, management services organizations (MSOs), skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare technology. Brynn graduated with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, where she was a merit scholarship recipient and served as President of the Stern Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association.
