Doctoral students at Stern engaged in real estate research represent the next generation of faculty and policy innovators. Based across the School’s many departments, these students pursue rigorous, interdisciplinary work that advances the frontiers of real estate scholarship. Their research spans market structure, capital flows, housing finance, sustainability, and emerging technologies. As future faculty members and thought leaders, they are already shaping the field through scholarly publications, conference presentations, and applied policy contributions.
