These surface real emotions, preparing students for the nuances of real-world leadership. ## Repeated Practice Through multiple rounds of scenarios, students experiment, adapt, and strengthen their leadership muscles until new behaviors stick. ## Peer Coaching Students grow together through observation, feedback, and reflection.
