# SEC-NYU Dialogue on Securities Markets Regulation

"**The SEC-NYU Dialogue on Securities Market Regulation**" aims to bring together regulators, practitioners, and academics to review the economic effects of securities market regulations promulgated over the past decade and to propose reforms to the regulatory framework governing the US securities markets. The Dialogue is a joint venture with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Events alternate between DC and New York.
