This edition includes 17 entirely new cases that demonstrate the novel economic issues that continue to arise and the new roles for economics in the process.

These new cases include: - Alleged anticompetitive practices by Google, the NCAA, and Apple
- Mergers involving American Airlines and US Airways, General Electric and Electrolux, and Comcast and Time-Warner Cable
- Additional allegations of competitive problems, such as Tesla’s difficulties in surmounting many states’ restrictions on how it sells its vehicles, North Carolina’ dentists’ restrictions on who can provide teeth whitening services, and “pay for delay” by pharmaceutical companies when challenged by generics

Commissioned and edited by Professor [Lawrence J. White](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/lawrence-white) and John E. Kwoka, Jr., all of the cases included in *The Antitrust Revolution, Seventh Edition*, are written by prominent economists who have been directly involved in the proceedings. These economists were responsible for formulating the economic issues, undertaking the necessary research and, in many cases, presenting the arguments in court.
