# Faculty Awards & Accolades – September 2016 1 Research Highlights September 1, 2016 ![](/sites/default/files/styles/246w/public/assets/images/trophy-article.jpg?itok=9-13tVO7)> Professors **[Eli Bartov](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/eli-bartov)** and **Helio Fred Garcia** were voted "Great Professors" by the Executive MBA class of August 2016. Professor **[Anindya Ghose](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/anindya-ghose)** and Stern alumna Beibei Li (PhD '12) recently received a National Science Foundation (NSF) EAGER award of $230,000 for their proposed work on evaluating the impact of wearable technologies and smart-phone enabled Internet of Things applications on consumer healthcare, wellness and lifestyle through randomized field experiments. Professor **[Srikanth Jagabathula](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/srikanth-jagabathula)** and his co-authors recently received the 2016 [Best OM Paper in Management Science Award](https://www.informs.org/Community/MSOM/Awards), sponsored by the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM) for their paper, "[A Nonparametric Approach to Modeling Choice with Limited Data.](http://pubsonline.informs.org/doi/abs/10.1287/mnsc.1120.1610)" Professor **[Natalia Levina](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/natalia-levina)** was honored with the 2016 Best Paper Award from the journal *Information & Organization* for her co-authored study, "[Speaking as One But Not Speaking Up: Dealing with New Moral Taint in an Occupational Online Community.](http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S147177271500010X)" She also received a Best Paper Award from The Academy of Management Research Methods Division for her co-authored paper, "[What Grounded Theory Is . . . A Critically Reflective Conversation Among Scholars.](http://orm.sagepub.com/content/early/2015/01/06/1094428114565028.abstract)" Professor **[Arun Sundararajan](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/arun-sundararajan)** has been invited to join the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council for Technology, Values and Policy for the 2016-18 term.
