# Executive MBA Students Explore India on Global Study Tour

1 January 19, 2013 In January of 2013, a group of executive MBA students traveled to India on a Global Study Tour. Highlights of the program included meetings with representatives from Aion Capital Partners, Apollo Hospitals, Bollywood, Cognizant and Watson Pharmaceuticals. >

"The opportunity to travel with classmates, immersing ourselves in the culture and learning about the second most populous country in the world, developed camaraderie among our class and an appreciation for Indian society," explained executive MBA student Nishant Roy. "We met with entrepreneurs, CEOs and “dhabba wallas” – all of whom gave us insight into the Indian entrepreneurial spirit, which is why India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world."
