# NYU Start Up Job Expo 2012

The first NYU Start Up Job Expo, hosted by NYU Stern's [Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation](/experience-stern/about/departments-centers-initiatives/centers-of-research/berkley-center), [Office of Career Development](/portal-partners/career-development), [Career Center for Working Professionals](http://nyusternccwp.tumblr.com/aboutccwp) and [Entrepreneurs Exchange Club](http://nyustern.campusgroups.com/eex/home/), as well as the [NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development](http://www.nyu.edu/careerdevelopment/), the [Wasserman Center for Career Development at NYU-Poly](http://www.poly.edu/business/career), the [NYU Entrepreneurs Network](http://www.nyu.edu/about/university-initiatives/entrepreneurship/resources-for-entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs-network.html) and [NY Tech Meetup](http://www.meetup.com/ny-tech/), to be held on Thursday November 29. This event will provide students with a chance to connect with professionals in the entrepreneurial community, such as, ffVentures, Lore, Lot18, Quirky, TargetSpot, Venmo and Yipit. More than 40 companies will be looking for talent to join their ventures.
