We don't really know how things are going to go-- if we're going to go towards reduction of tariffs and an actual agreement within the next couple of months or if we're going to go in the opposite direction. I am more inclined to say we are going to go in the first direction towards an agreement, but at the same time there's a lot of uncertainty.'"
