# Prof. Arun Sundararajan comments on the recent changes at TaskRabbit

'It seemed like (the new model) was a necessary shift for TaskRabbit to grow, but they may have underestimated the extent to which providers and clients felt a sense of ownership over doing things the old way,' he said. 'In any marketplace, the people who are trading start to feel engaged with the process they have learned.'"
