Excerpt from [BBC](http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p024plhw) -- "In terms of a solution, \[human connection is\] a big part of it. We tend to be isolated from the events and from the communities and from the neighborhoods around us, and having sort of a stronger human connection and having a stronger context for what is around us, I think, is a big part of the solution. Eventually, we're all human. If we have a closer connection to either the people or to the neighborhoods in which these things happen, I think that will go a long way in preventing them from happening again in the future."
