# Prof. Jason Greenberg's research on women's success on Kickstarter is featured

Excerpt from [CNBC](http://www.cnbc.com/id/101963663) -- "Ethan Mollick, an assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, together with Professor [Jason Greenberg](http://www.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/jason-greenberg) at New York University, recently looked into the success of women on Kickstarter. They examined 1,250 projects in five categories that sought at least $5,000 between 2010 and 2012. What they discovered was that women were 13 percent more likely than men to meet their Kickstarter goals."
