People are going to forgive them very quickly because they've got such a strong user base and it's an ecosystem that people feel locked into. I once heard it described as a prison you actually choose to go through because it's a closed system. So they're going to bounce back from this. Not a problem. I don't think it's going to have a real impact on the brand."
