Excerpt from [Australian Financial Review](http://www.afr.com/p/business/financial_services/banks_from_anxious_to_apoplectic_icZ0jGeC7YDf6K0uTyCHCP) -- "My great fear is there is too much a sense of complacency in Australia – there is too much of a sense that Australia avoided the worst of the financial crisis and it will do so again. I think for that reason, this financial system inquiry is extremely timely – to actually have a fact based analysis of how well we did we do, and what can we do to reduce the incidences and impact of financial crisis. I don't think the experience of Australia during the financial crisis is necessarily an indication of how Australia will fare in future financial crises."
