Excerpt from [CNBC](https://www.cnbc.com/video/2018/01/22/apples-tim-cook-warns-about-social-media-usage.html?play=1) -- "...Children especially don't have the resources, the capacity, to control themselves in the same way that adults do. Having said that, adults spend four hours a day on screens and that is growing every year. That has grown from three hours two years ago. So I think it is a concern for adults as well, but especially for children who need to be guided by adults."
