Excerpt from [Bloomberg](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2017-03-17/nyu-s-schoenholtz-dodd-frank-act-not-the-perfect-remedy) -- "Dodd-Frank is very inefficient in some ways. But the Choice Act, which is the proposed replacement for Dodd-Frank, would actually make the system less safe. So if I had to choose, even if I don't like the inefficiency, I'd prefer safety."
