I would have benefited from exposure to near-peer females who were working in technology. Also, I needed a coach to help me through the everyday challenges of working in a majority-male environment. Having a mentor early on could have helped me build stronger leadership amongst my male peers, and select professional development opportunities to facilitate my professional growth."
