# Professor Robert Engle discusses banks' stress test results

Excerpt from [Bloomberg](http://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2016-06-30/what-the-fed-stress-tests-tell-us-about-the-state-of-banking) -- "The fact that pretty much the banks are getting a clean bill of health, seems to me slightly overoptimistic, in the sense that we can see that the bank capital ratios have improved over the last several years. But I don't think that they're kind of where they ought to be. So I think there's still work to be done."
