# Professors Tülin Erdem and Thomaï Serdari are interviewed about the impact of Dolce &amp; Gabbana's controversial ad campaign

'Sometimes brands do recover ... but on a scale of 1-10, \[this is\] really high up.' ... 'People are really influenced by what's happening online,' \[Serdari\] said. 'They do shop primarily online, and they're excellent researchers,' she said. They 'have experience in the luxury market and they really know what they're buying.'"
