Students participate in interactive workshops, college-style learning, and guided reflection that build career confidence, develop essential navigation skills, and support exploration across a wide range of academic disciplines and professions—laying the foundation for long-term educational and economic mobility. This program is managed by the New York University College & Career Lab. Hosted at NYU Stern School of Business in the heart of Greenwich Village, this immersive institute introduces students to how organizations make decisions, solve problems, and create value. Through faculty sessions, hands-on activities, and team collaboration, students will develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills while participating in a week-long business simulation. Throughout the week, students will work in teams to analyze information, evaluate opportunities, develop strategies, and present recommendations related to a fictional business challenge. Along the way, they will learn how leaders use strategy, financial analysis, customer insights, and communication to make effective decisions.
