Kyle (Jaehoon) Jung joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Accounting in July 2025.

Jung’s research examines the role of financial and non-financial information in contracting, the effects of disclosure on asset prices and investor behavior, and the interaction between firms’ disclosure and investment decisions.

He received his BS in Business and MS in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and his PhD in Accounting from Stanford University.
