Lindsey Dietschi joined the New York University Stern School of Business as an Adjunct Professor in December 2014. Dietschi became a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor of Management Communication in September 2025.

Dietschi has expertise in communications strategy and delivery, business and team leadership as well as public/private partnerships. Dietschi teaches both undergraduate and MBA courses that include Organizational Communication and its Social Context and Strategic Communication.

Before joining NYU Stern, Dietschi worked at Pfizer for nearly 22 years. At Pfizer, Dietschi held leadership roles with responsibility for the company’s Global Health business that spanned more than 50 countries and while based in Dubai, she led the Pfizer business in the Gulf countries.

Dietschi received her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Michigan State University and her MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern.
