We are excited to announce Jason Finger (JD/MBA '99), Chairman, Upper90 and The Finger Group, Formerly Co-Founder and CEO, Seamless, as the keynote speaker for Stern's Undergraduate Baccaluareate for the Classes of 2020 and 2021!

Jason Finger is the Chairman of Upper90, a hybrid fund that provides early-stage tech companies with both founder-friendly credit and equity investment, and Chairman of The Finger Group, a business accelerator and stage-agnostic private equity firm with expertise in all facets of company building from incubation to exit.

Previously, Finger was the co-founder and long-time CEO of Seamless, which acquired GrubHub and subsequently was listed on the NYSE (ticker: GRUB). In the process, he was designated a Crain’s 40 Under 40, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Corporate Executive Council Innovator of the Year and received a number of other honors. Seamless was designated, repeatedly, one of New York City’s Best Places to Work by Crain’s magazine while becoming the 4th fastest-growing company in the country as measured by Inc. Magazine, underscoring Finger’s belief that culture and performance are inextricably linked.

Finger is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, an advisory board member of several growth equity and venture capital firms, and a founder and director of a number of private companies.
