RSVP and Ticketing
RSVP Information and Guest Tickets
Electronic tickets are required for all candidates and their guests. Please watch your Stern email in early May for detailed instructions on how to download your tickets and share them with your guests.
Extra Tickets: When the official RSVP period ends, we will review our ticket inventory and send out an announcement regarding extra tickets, if available.
Prohibition of Ticket Sales: NYU strictly prohibits the direct or indirect sale or auction of NYU Stern Undergraduate Baccalaureate tickets. Ticket(s) may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, giveaways, or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes. Graduates engaging in such activities, as well as any other activity that disrupts the administration of the ceremony and/or violates any NYU student conduct policy, will be subject to NYU disciplinary sanctions, including without limitation the delayed issuance of a degree or diploma.
Name Card Distribution: In addition to a candidate e-ticket, graduates will also need to bring their name card, which will be required to cross the stage on-site on May 17. Stop by the Kassin Center (Tisch Hall L101) to pick up your name card and a special gift at any of the following times:
Monday, April 29th: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, April 30th: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, May 1st: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Thursday, May 2nd: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
