Excerpt from [The New Yorker](http://www.newyorker.com/online/blogs/currency/2013/12/handsome-ceos-handsome-returns.html) -- "For each point of C.E.O. attractiveness on the ten-point scale, a company gained, on average, a one-percent boost to its stock price. This suggests that the benefits of attractiveness radiate far beyond a single individual. Research suggests not only that attractive people enjoy higher incomes but that the shareholders who invest in their companies profit as well."
